Unofficial, unlicensed, but usually very high quality, as long as you do your research and buy the good figures. They also run the gamut from somewhat cheap to ball bustingly, retardedly expensive, so you've got a wide range to play with in terms of price, and a huge character selection in general with all of the 3P companies out there.
