Even higher end dolls like Hot Toys reuse bodies, because this isn't what high end dolls are getting you for your money. The production costs and point of these high end lines are the hand tailored costumes. Otherwise you get shitty megos
Mezco obviously aren't in a decline, unlike Kaiyodo and what their output used to be like for Revoltech. Even six years ago Kaiyodo was doing more popular licenses, like Star Wars and pic.
