from what i observed on jewtube:
you clean it in water or add primer, add 5 layers of paint (don't have paint gun) add varnish, add decals, add decal solution to stick to surface, add varnish again, do weathering
as kid i pretty much butchered 1:144 tomcat by having too thick and irregular paintjob, and it was pretty matt, italeri jeep i did later was much better, tho still meh
coming back to scale modeling after like 10 years as i need to find some hobby
how bad will paint look if i use brushes compared to paintgun?
