Includes a wired cloth cape, is fully painted, and has a decent amount of diecast construction. Articulation is excellent with most of the joints able to pull-out for additional range of motion. Sentinel's Getter-1 was available at clearance prices towards the ends of its run, so you may be able to pick one up for relatively cheap but you'd have to watch secondary sellers for one to come up for sale.
I checked Mandarake and they're sold out, also their pricing for previously sold Getters really ran the gamut ranging from 4,500JPY to 15,000JPY.
