I mean, the likeness is pretty good, but it was never going to be perfect at this scale. I prefer the first figure of Ripley they did over the Aliens version. I haven't bothered with the Fiorina Ripley because I don't like how they painted her face, most of the ones I've seen in person looked too derpy for my liking.
Still, this is about as good as it's going to get for a mass produced £20/$20 figure.
