The issue isn't the addressing of this sort of thing, the issue is the recreation, or the repetition.
Do you go out and recreate lynchings for supposedly artistic purposes? Or do you acknowledge that the KKK is super fucked up and shouldn't be forgotten, nor should their actions be continued or repeated in any form?

In animation we're taught that the eyebrows are kinda like one line across the forehead when we're starting facial animation, and as long as the shape is smooth, it's still an expressive expression? But maybe that doesn't translate if you aren't actively searching for it.
