>>7379465It's mainly the villains I care about when it comes to 5", as it encompassed not only most seasons of PR, but VR Troopers, Masked Rider, Beetleborgs, even Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad. You could put together one hell of a toku monster army in the 5" scale, and it bums me out that I won't be able to grow it any larger after I track down the few things I'm missing. Even ignoring the non-PR shows, it's hard to imagine Hasbro ever making most of the monsters of the day that Bandai did.
Though I agree with you on the Rangers themselves. At least until Bandai finally standardized them with the action heroes. I know they weren't everyone's cup of tea, but they were perfectly scaled with all the old villains, and they were consistent with one another. I wish Bandai had just kept making older teams in that scale instead of the poorly conceived failure that were the 6.5" figures.
