>>11309449 out of Tough74, my post cure times are between 20 minutes and 30 depending on the thickness of the parts. I let them rest for about a day, and then during assembly I heat them with a hair dryer set to 250F for about 10 seconds before pushing parts together so they warp just enough to stay tight after. I used to have lots of issues with the durability but I think I've got it completely figured out. Also attaching my Lychee settings, may or may not be helpful
