If you are able, I'd say try to buy them in person so you can check the helmet. Or buy multiples if you are shopping online and return the ones that are more fucked up. Unless you're army building and don't mind. Pic related, the two in the front are the new ones with two of the model kit versions in the back. The sheen of the plastic actually matches the kits quite well.
