Got my G2 Bruticus set from Amazon today. I know it's Hasbro and the quality on CW is pretty much all over the board but I think I actually am going to have to return this guy. I don't even think I want to try getting another one. The QC was just so much worse than I've seen on any other CW figure to the point of being intolerable.
My problems:
- everything is floppy as shit. Not of the joints on mine are tight so limbs just flop all over the place. Brawl's feet are so loose and none of the tabs hold together so Bruticu's shin basically explodes if you look at him funny.
- every ball joint on the thing pops off constantly
- the rods that hold Onslaught's knees are BOTH assembled backwards. That tab that hangs off of them that is supposed to be facing backwards is facing into the leg instead and it prvents you from properly transforming his knees because you can't push the joint in enough. If you try, it starts popping the leg apart and puts giant stress marks on the yellow plastic as it presses into it.
The set is fucking garbage. Am I the only one who got so screwed with theirs?
