I know this isn't the intent of the this thread, but I had a question relating to ebay in general.
I sold $2,200 worth of items during 2022 on ebay. That's all the money that I made this year. I live in Maryland, and I *believe* the state's threshold is still $600, even with the changes that were made in late last December. But holy hell, it is so difficult actually getting real confirmation from the Maryland government itself that this state level limit is indeed $600. Hell, it's difficult to even find the online portal to file your 1099-k.
I received my 1099-k document from ebay today in the mail with the 2,200 number on it, but it's a little vague too. They could at least say in plain English if I needed to file or not on the document that was sent itself instead of pic related.
