So what does the figure look like? Just another simplistic cartoony face like Little Lulu, just cashing in on the popularity of that Coraline movie. Why 1/6? Because it's cheaper just mold the head and put it on a basic female body than creating an entirely new molds for a plastic body. Plus, people pay premium moneys for larger figures. Everyone knows this. There's a whole slew of people buying up designer toys, so why not this?
But no, instead you think Halo is the first FPS and everything that came after it is a rip off, even though there's nothing original about it and stuff like OP would still exist with or without Halo.
