>>10130526it really is crazy to me that he was included as part of the mission masters line. he easily could have been slipped into either lotdk or the batman beyond series hasbro put out. speaking of lotdk though, I was watching a series of reviews of the figures and the reviewer mentioned this contest that was advertised in the backs of batman comics at the time. the contest basically offered a chance to win repaints of the series 3 figures. he mentioned that these are some of the rarest batman figures apparently. considering I havent heard of them until now im inclined to believe it.
