Eight pointed stars are quite common in all Traitor Legion iconography, but especially in the Black Legion which these guys should be by default as Abby's top guys - there's also one on hornhead's glaive and the skull on his backpack vent (which I've just noticed has got its own teeny tiny skulls inside its eye sockets!). Even disregarding the giant phallic crest, top guy's style is more flowing and organic, which is a giveaway for Tzeentch or Slaanesh, with a flesh mouth visible where the helmet grille should be. Compare the weapons as well - nothing (well, magic brain lightning), tetanus incarnate, and a simple, functional blade on a stick vs a clearly possessed curving sword that has its own piercing. You could also squint and say the designs on his right shoulder pad, the one you can barely see with the huge spikes on the rim and what looks like a chain attachment, could be a Slaaneshi man-woman symbol but it could also be just a largish circle and squiggle. Its nowhere near as obvious as the guy in
>>10920431 or this handsome devil from Warhammer Fantasy with his murder-boner codpiece, but I think it fits OK.
I've got the 3.5 codex saved somewhere and it has the text to go with the Chosen picture, I'll dig it out. If I recall correctly, the top lad got his place by turning the population of an entire planet into magic drugs then going on the bender to end all benders.
