Not if you are lookingforfigures with high quality finishes and detailing.
At best you might be able to get plans to print out somethig like this:

You'd have to spend tones of money on paints etc. You'd have to learn a very wide range of skills...
This guy seems to be doing similer to what your're thinking of - and is printing parts in different colours so painting is largley not required - but his joint system seems to consist of zipties?.
