>>11545366I was at the bote model world championship a while back and it was SHOCKING that boomers would scratchbuild a 1:100 frigate then just blast it in an uniform color without and shading or weathering as if it was a shipyard's factory model. I remember one even had a meticulously scratchbuilt 1:100 helicopter on the deck, that had a clean engine exhaust, like it just rolled off the factory floor and never even started its engines.
