A) These toys are not well made because there is a different company in charge instead of Matt. Said company insisted on prizing sculpt over playability (to what end, I don't know, cause the sculpt isn't great either). This is not a reflection of typical Glyos quality--I have literally never seen this issue in all the years I've been in this scene.
B) If you are unhappy with the quality, return it. You have other options for Power Armor figures--there is the Funko 6" figure, and multiple ThreeZero 12" figures.
C) If you want to make an impact for the future, contact
[email protected] with a pic and description of the problem. This may lead to the problem being fixed in the future.
