This is the best mixed bag mess I've bought in a long time. Combine mode is 80% away from perfect, only knocked by how fucking loooong Armorhide and Rollbar make his lower legs and how despite Rotor and Movor having abdominal joints that should be used in combined mode to give the arms outward motion they are either pathetically loose or totally blocked by kibble preventing their use.
The individuals are all almost perfect too with Rollbar and Movor and Armorhide being particularly good. Rotor suffers a bit due to his legs being a bit of a mess, and as a result his knees are quite bad. Mega-octane's thighs are stubby as hell, and that is not helped at all that his torso is longer than ideal. The torso length is excusable since it gains no height when becoming Ruinations torso, and all of the combine mode chest plate and head is oragami'd tightly into his chest. The revolving gimmick of his head is cool as hell, it flips 360 through the torso coming back out with the combiner head clamshelled over it.
I'm also a little bit upset Armorhide wasn't retooled just enough that the front of the tank mode could be in the front of the leg mode instead of the back as it is in the show, even if the tank cannon would be slightly in the way.
