"Zach and the Alien Invaders" is episode #123 from season 5 (1991) of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series.
Wingnut is an evil alien who appeared in the 1987 cartoon episode "Zach and the Alien Invaders" disguised as "Sergeant Rambo". Wingnut and Screwloose were from the planet Flagenon and they attempted to turn the planet's children into mindless zombies to invade Earth.
Trivia:
Although an enemy in the TV show, he and Screwloose were on the Turtles' side in the action figure collection.
