There's no reason why Hasbro stuck with 3.75" when every other line went to actual 1:18, aside from pleasing autistic scalefags. There's no real cost benefit, packaging would be the same, molding wouldn't cost more and the amount of plastic used would be .002¢ or .001¢ more. tiny.
