I'm lucky that I'm so awesome the rubber of the treads is still soft and stretchy. I hear not everyone is so gifted.
Technically the treads can spin around their track but there's so much friction involved you'll never get it.
What you will get it is the rubber wrapped mechanism of the big gun to roll across the ground and the the barrels spin and missiles shoot automatically.
