>>6470561>>6470904I own the MCFarlane MGS1 "Stallone" Snake, the Kai Jungle Fatigues Big Boss/Snake, the Medicom MGS3 Snake, and a chinese bootleg MGS2 Snake.
MCFarlane Snake doesn't pose great, and looks like Rocky. But I bought it when it was new for $9.99 so whatever. I wouldn't recommend anyone try to buy one now.
Best sculpt imho is the Medicom Ultra High Detail "Tiger Camo" Naked Snake.
Unfortunately, it's a statue so it doesn't pose. (I bought anyway since I sold a bunch of trash power rangers for a sweet profit.) No regrets.
PAK Big Boss from Peace Walker is BIG, nicely sculpted, but there aren't a lot of leg poses you can do with it- His thighs are THICC. Still I like him enough to say if you can get one cheap, do it. Also his joints are strong - really well made.
Which brings me to the figma. The real ones are like $120, but like just about all figmas, are SUPER posable. But for the price the joints sometimes snap if you are planing to play with it a lot- not good.
I was shopping for a chinese bootleg and got one for $16. But I was surprised by the quality -in a good way. Even comes with the "ORANGE" box. Downside: the face paint isn't that great mind you, you might want to touch it up. (I'm thinking of buying a second one to make a Raiden with a head swap.) Like I said, real figmas sometimes break at the joints if you pose them a lot. If you're looking for a Snake to play & pose a lot, I'd go with a bootleg. Mine has still held up. Pic related.
