>>11061582Not reading it but... general rule on arm length is that the wrist should be roughly even with the base of the pelvis. Similar thing with leg length, they should be measured as starting at the bottom of the pelvis and be the same as the length from the top of the head to the bottom of the pelvis. Now that said, that can vary heavily from person to person, but when designing a figure ideally that should be what your aiming for.
Victoria definitely misses that mark by a longshot, although her armored form still looks really fucking good in hand.
