For the time being, I hope this shot of the Zaku I Sniper with ANIME GM and Zaku II gives you an idea of what to expect. I feel that aesthetic-wise, the Zaku Sniper doesn't look too terribly out of place. The Sniper is a little larger than ANIME RDs, but you can mitigate that pretty easily by getting the Sniper into its kneeling firing pose. The matte finish is what I feel makes the Sniper stick out the most next to ANIME RDs because your eye is expecting that plastic sheen, but the pale tan of the Sniper kinda helps make the matte-ness less obvious.

And I think paying 35k for the VF-19 is way more reasonable than paying the same amount for the 31A. I mean, with the 19 you got a ton of brand new stuff. Exclusive super packs, effect part, additional stand parts, an all-new mold, and it's got a hero pilot whereas the 31A is just a grunt (Burke: "No offense.") with no unique accessories (as far as I know...). But dang, delta wing valks attractive, haha.
