>>9376236The Eternals were created by Jack Kirby. Love or hate his art style, the one thing no one can say is that it was bland. Even characters created for team books, like the Eternals or Forever People, had their own very distinct looks like they actually came from different backgrounds and had their own inspirations.
Since the movie isn’t out yet, I’m not going to be critical about the story. What I’m incredibly disappointed with are the designs though. Half the appeal of movies like Guardians of the Galaxy and Thor Ragnarok are the palpable colors and unique designs. You don’t have to explain to people these are aliens because these elements are already so different than what we know.
