The figuarts rogue one version is my pick. He's a little short though. The real only drawbacks are the price ($100+ on ebay now?) and the shoulder pad joints seem like they can easily break. Armor has all the details, and is very glossy. Looks the most accurate to the movies and articulation is wonderful.
The revoltech is a slightly old figure by now, but his height fits right with domestic figures. Only flaws are his high articulation learning curve (unless you're already used to revoltech), his small hands, and his more matted armor. The insane anime like poses you can get this guy in are second to none though. Use to be my favorite but I can't recommend unless it's exactly what you want.
black series offers the cheapest price and is the safest purchase. The figure is limited in articulation, but if your stormtroopers like to stand around holding their gun in a badass stance, then that's no problem. The only issue is the lack of shine to the armor, and the eventual bowlegged problem where the legs tend to curve inward over time and become flimsy with use. If you need 100 of these guys, then this is the only reasonable option.
