I bought a "brand new" Deadpool minifig off of Bricklink thinking they wouldn't be selling fakes. Also with there being mass quantities, that should be a big hint. So I bought one for 17 bux and when I got him, he just didn't feel right with the legs and arms. I complained and the seller sent a new pair of legs which still felt off compared to other minifigs I had. I ended getting a used set he came in, and the differences between the used figure and "brand new" one were subtle, but there. Eventually still feeling cheated I ended up being able to return the minifig and getting a refund.
