MOBAT is based on the Patton tank and it's only interesting to history nostalgiafags such as myself.
Would be cooler for them to do a updated HAVOC or WHALE. Even the Mauler would be better, as that was based on an unproduced prototype and still looks futuristic because of that.
Both the HAVOC and Mauler were featured prominently in the cartoons, so it has more fans who'd buy it. Plus, these molds basically disappeared or not used for the past 25 years, so it'd be a pretty important release to a lot of fans.
