>>9372095I’m not opposed to parts of toy sections that aren’t gender-specific, but this law is entirely unnecessary. No harm would come to the public (let alone the precious children) if this mandate never came to be. This just had to be the work of a rookie state-politician who had little or no accomplishments prior who wanted to get their name out there into the public eye in some delusion that they’ll be remembered positively and not voted out next election. That or an appointed bureaucrat who needed to pad their skeleton-list of actual work done to keep their job.
