>>10951076For me its entirely just the shape and looks. The articulation isn't strictly "better" on harley either, they both have some strengths and weaknesses. Catwomans entire leg/thigh/ass/waist area is much better engineered but her shoes have slightly less articulation than harleys and the shoulders are ever so slightly more limited/ her neck bends down less directly downwards (but seems to look behind her/ over her shoulder much better for those catwoman centric poses)
this isnt even getting into the accessories which are all definitely way better on catwoman, and the coomer face with her tongue out is also superior to anything on harley
