the exception for Ro Laren is that the one side with the swooped-back part, exposes her "ear area" so you'll be able to see the Bajoran earring.
Lego being lazy again, they should have given her a new design hair piece that would include the red headband
another fun trivia fact! the shuttle pod Onizuka was in two episodes, neither one with Ro Laren. the shuttle pod in her episode was the Campbell. (it's okay, those look like stickers anyway, so it's an easy fix)
