HulKong has his ape feet now. He's still standing good and sturdy. I was going to re-use the ankle bits from the original figure and weld them around the legs, but I love the range these feet have so much that I might try to make the ankle skirts out of something soft. He's going to be covered in fur when he's done anyway so it shouldn't be too hard to hide. I'm thinking maybe quilt filler or something like that, wrapped in black felt, then superglued down and blended into the leg sculpt with epoxy putty. I want to make sure to use all synthetic materials because I don't want this guy to start dry rotting or biodegrading in the future.
