>>8277794Nappa really doesn't feel that small to me. He was pretty inconsistent in size anyway in the manga but he scales decently for how he was in battle. It's just that 2.0 Vegeta is way too big to size with him properly, so if anything that'd need a redo (again).
Very much agreed on 16 and Cell though. Seeing them next to Buu and Ginyu makes it all the more obvious they're very outdated.
