I dont know why Hasbro even bothered with the Plasma Series, I pretty much called it when it was revealed. All the boomers would get it, but the line would shelfwarm with or without a new movie because Ghostbusters is not a modern franchise brand. Its just nostalgia driven. And now they're crowding up the Joe pegs which I've probably seen on shelves 3-5 times this whole year, and even then it was just Roadblock and Scarlett. And you're telling me they're the ones getting repacked with Zartan's wave?
I've never been so conflicted with a line. I love each of the figures right down to the gold paint everyone initially hated, but this makes it damn near impossible. It bothers me most that Hasbro wouldn't even acknowledge this frustration with PulseCon, but instead, completely tone deaf, revealed even more Cobra Island nonsense.
Sorry for the salt, but this has just been completely frustrating when I really want to love the line.
