>>6757998>>6758006I can see where you're coming from but imho, the "leotard look" is sort of integral for the stylized look they went for with the entire show. It's not just the robots, the humans and the scenery and the overall aesthetics are also really curvy and cartoon-esque, sort of in the vein of Teen Titans and Batman Animated, and that style does have at least some particular charm to it. The art style just wouldn't be cohesive if they were straight up geometrically perfect mechanical-looking robots.
