Fortnite has the worst character-to-probability ratio of any IP by a wide margin. Google says 2400 skins. that is 00.04% they will get the exact character you want.
Lego could make 16-character CMF sets, twice a year, and it would still take 75 years before they did each Fortnite character. and that's assuming that no new characters are added to the game.
