The first 2 pods that landed, Tigatron's and Blackarachnea's were not in a stable orbit and crashed early on. In fact Tigatrons was in a bunch of wreckage of the Axalon. Airrazor's pod was off on its own and got hit by a meteor. The rest of the pods got zapped by the quantum surge.
