See here; the Krieger is slightly squatting which makes him look slightly shorter in the pic, but it matches pretty well with the JoyToy scale. Honestly, even the two Blood Angels you posted there aren't that much different from each other and both look fine next to the Krieger- it's not until later that they really went nuts with making everyone bigger.
