>>10063484From what I've seen of picrel in reviews the skirt piece is hard plastic and completely hinders the legs, its prob the same for the figure in the op. I believe you can pop it apart at the waist and remove the skirt so he can kick forward.
>>10062598I've messed with some Dragon stars from around like 2019ish and yea they weren't great. I'd imagine the anime heroes are similar. The digimon ones looked pretty decent but it might just be their more unique aesthetic hiding the same issues.
