>>6435546So I ended up getting Voyager Prime and what the hell, this is actually a really solid figure, at the very least for the miserable post-DotM standards. The robot sculpt is amazing, it really feels like the closest they could possibly come up with from the shortcomings of a design that's obviously not made considering his vehicle mode, the paintjob is far from being the worst in the line and the transformation is even surprisingly complex. If something the truck mode looks bland and cheap as hell, the lack of transparent windows and painted rims really hurt his alt mode aesthetics, but it's not like I'll ever leave him in that mode either.
Oh well, time to sharpie him up for those sweet extra details.
