Maybe put his head on the snagg body and it'd be an assassin, but knubnik's look screams lieutenant or something. Silvery armor, muddy boots, slightly more swag than average belt buckle, even a this-is-the-sorriest-lot-of-recruits-i've-seen expression. I go back and fourth on which goblin is my favorite, but anyone were just getting one, yeah I'd probably recommend him.
