There's also this model from the Chinese Transformers ride that's official. They had a Jazz that was stolen from a third party but this doesn't seem to be. Every third party people have said it looks like ends up being completely different from once you actually put them side by side, people only look at the head not realizing both were probably stolen from IDW.
