Resin bits... a bit more elbow grease needed there, but that's how it is if you want to build subjects like this. Barrels and side skirts have been straightened out with hot water, barrels and rear storage boxes pinned in place to have some hope of them staying on, and a new lifting eye has been made to replace one broken off in shipping. (Ok, I may not have been able to find the broken off part in the bag, but it was broken off in shipping.)
