I wonder what reason separated the countries. Because the allowed countries are USA plus countries that are physically close to Japan. Like there's some weird distance restriction and US got special treatment.
When Deadpool had a problem with the Amecomi name I think all shipping outside of Japan was restricted...? Well it was removed from most international online stores.
