>>7737105I finally got an overtaker, and he just needs some heat. They definitely used some different plastic on him, it feels denser, and kind of creaks as it rubs against itself, but a couple minutes of hairdryer fixed the frozen torso and neck articulation. The rings around the butterfly joints weren't made with nearly enough clearance so they catch all the time though, I might take some sandpaper to them and see if that helps.
He's great overall, though. The articulation remains pretty amazing considering the it's mcfarlane we're talking about, the only real problem I have is the sculpt on the back of the leg still kills the thigh swivel. These are some of the most fun toys I've bought this year, I just wish it was with a license I gave more of a damn about. My unironic dream toyline is just them doing more destiny stuff that's on this level.
