Hey /lg/, it's been a while since I bought a Lego train. Last one was this 60051. It's Christmas time and I saw the new Christmas train on the Lego store and noticed that it can function with electronics but I also noticed that it's a new battery box and remote. Also that the new train wheels no longer have a steel bar inside. Can someone give me a quick run down on what's the current state of trains?
Also is there some place to read about efficient train building? Like should the battery go in the back or in the first train engine (I dunno what these terminology is). I just got some AAA batteries to replace everything in the battery and remote.
