>head pegAnother case of soft plastic, heads get stuck on the head pegs. Whenever you buy an old set I recommend to offset the head from the peg with something like a drawing pin, DO NOT EVER move the head until it pops off.
Here's a small tip, sand all your head pegs, until they have minimal friction to prevent getting stuck. I also sand all of my weapon handles
