So...I failed at the colored cement, I guess the Tamiya thin does cause discoloration. I'll grab some green paint to fix the shoulders up next time I can.
On the other hand, the Anksha itself is not excellent. There's a lot of frustrating nub placement and there's so many fucking stickers. I really should've boxed this up and gotten all the paint I need (mostly green, turns out most of mine is olive drab). Oh well, live and learn.
