>>9560772>I figure DC is tied up with Lego so that's off limits but what about Fortnite? That shit is perfect for plastic building blocks. The Witcher could even be used in conjunction with the GoT sets since they're asthetically similar.McFarlane would specifically need to get the building block license for each property, because that's how licensing works. He can't just make whatever he wants just because he has the Witcher license, because that license is going to be only for action figures and is probably even more specific in the size of the action figures, the region it can be sold to, and where it may be sold (direct market vs mass market).
Like i said earlier, his other attempts weren't successful. Despite what that other guy says, the SU and Rick and Morty shit didn't pan out well. IF it actually had, they would have released more shit a year later. Like his One Punchman figure or Gears of War toys, he probably got the license just for a single year for those properties to test out if there was a market for it.
>Something just tells me the sets themselves weren't very good and that they sold on the name alone and not the quality of the actual product. Why not buy one? I personally only got into buying a shit load of sets because I was so impressed with the sets i bought for my nephews. I hadn't bought a LEGO set for myself in over 30 years, yet i ended up buying over 100 sets from McFarlane Toys.
I do not give a shit about FNAF, yet i bought some of those because they could be used for my MegaBlok figures. The majority of my purchases were for the Walking Dead stuff and some of them actually sold for a few hundred bucks. Prices have gone down recently though, likely because some distributor cleared out their warehouse.
