>>8048824It matches for Ryu, but not for Ken. Here, look at what I said, again.
>They didn't have to make a distinction between them, but since they chose to, they should have given the torn ones to Ryu and the clean cut ones to Ken, not vice-versa.The reason I said this is because they both have clean cut pant legs in the art, but they chose to give a distinction between them. Now, look at the art again and notice that Ken has the clean cut sleeves on his gi top, while Ryu's are torn, but the figures have them both torn. That's fine, if they didn't feel like making them different, but yet they still did make a difference in the pant legs, but gave the torn ones to the wrong character. Anyone that knows anything about these two characters also knows that Ryu is a homeless wanderer and Ken is incredibly wealthy. But, again, they didn't have to even make a distinction between the two, but they ultimately did choose to and made a mistake on who gets what. If the figures "literally match the art" like you claim, it's only true for Ryu and not for Ken. Even then, there's also the matter of wrist guards being brown instead of red. I'm only bringing this up, however, to further show that the figures don't "literally match the art", as I actually like the brown wrist guards since it's a reference to how they look in-game on the sprites (plus it gives better contrast to Ken who already wears a red gi).
